General Terms of Sale

## 1. Purpose These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the sale of **prepaid credits** on Ask Aurel. ## 2. Seller Pierre Moreau-Paganelli (Sole proprietor (auto-entrepreneur)) SIREN: 914 474 200 Address: 35 rue de la Jonquière, 75017 Paris, France Contact: support@askaurel.com VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code (small business VAT exemption). ## 3. Product The Service sold is a **balance of usable credits** to query generative AI models via the Ask Aurel platform. Credits are consumed per request based on the actual cost charged by AI providers, plus a margin covering operational costs. Detailed pricing is shown on [askaurel.com](https://askaurel.com). ## 4. Pricing Prices are quoted in euros (€), all taxes included. **VAT not applicable** (small business exemption, article 293 B CGI). Minimum top-up amount: **€10**. ## 5. Payment terms Payment is processed **online only** by credit card via **Stripe** (PCI-DSS Level 1). We do not store any banking data. Stripe may retain a payment identifier to facilitate future top-ups if you authorize it. ## 6. Account crediting After payment confirmation by Stripe, your credit balance is updated **automatically** within seconds. In case of any technical issue, contact support@askaurel.com with the Stripe transaction ID. ## 7. Credit validity Credits **do not expire** as long as your account is active and the ToS are respected. If your account is inactive for **24 consecutive months**, we reserve the right to close it without financial compensation. You will be notified by email 30 days in advance. ## 8. Non-refundable payments ⚠️ **All payments are final, firm, and non-refundable.** Pursuant to article L.221-28 1° and 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal **does NOT apply** to this Service, as: 1. The Service is **digital content not supplied on a tangible medium** whose execution begins as soon as payment is confirmed, **with your prior express consent** and **express waiver of your withdrawal right** at the time of payment; 2. The Service is **immediately available** upon balance credit and **fully performed** from the very first request. By proceeding with payment, you expressly acknowledge: - Having been informed of the absence of withdrawal right - Expressly waiving your 14-day withdrawal right - Consenting to immediate execution of the Service No refund, cancellation, retroactive termination, commercial gesture, or conversion to credit voucher will be accepted for any reason whatsoever, including: - Dissatisfaction with the quality of an AI response - Under-use of purchased credits - Change of mind - Voluntary account closure ## 9. Exception — proven technical bug Only exception: in case of a **proven and demonstrable technical bug** that consumed credits without corresponding Service rendered (e.g., double billing, empty response due to documented AI provider outage), we will issue, **at our sole discretion**, an equivalent free credit — never a monetary refund. Any such request must be sent to support@askaurel.com within **30 days** of the incident, with the Stripe transaction ID and a precise description. ## 10. Invoicing and receipts An **electronic receipt** is generated by Stripe for each payment and sent by email to the address associated with your account. Your receipts and payment history remain permanently accessible from your **customer area** (page "Profile" → "Manage payment methods"), which redirects to the secure Stripe Portal. ## 11. Complaints and disputes For complaints: support@askaurel.com. In case of unresolved dispute, the consumer may contact the consumer mediator (CMAP — Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris, [www.cmap.fr](https://www.cmap.fr)) or the EU [Online Dispute Resolution platform](https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). ## 12. Governing law These GTS are governed by French law. Competent courts: Paris.
