Purpose These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of **Ask Aurel** (the "Service"), accessible at [askaurel.com](https://askaurel.com). The Service allows you to query multiple generative AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, Grok, DeepSeek) on a pay-as-you-go basis. ## 2. Acceptance Using the Service implies full acceptance of these ToS. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ## 3. Account creation Access requires creating an account via a magic link sent by email. You warrant that the email address provided is accurate and belongs to you. Accounts are strictly personal. Account sharing is prohibited. ## 4. User commitments You agree to: - Use the Service only for legal purposes - Not attempt to bypass security measures (CAPTCHA, rate limits) - Not generate illegal, defamatory, racist, child-pornographic content, or content that infringes third-party rights - Not use the Service for mass automated tasks without prior agreement - Not attempt to extract system prompts or manipulate the service to reveal internal information - Comply with the terms of third-party AI models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, xAI, DeepSeek) ## 5. Content ownership You retain all rights to the questions ("prompts") you submit and the responses generated. We do not use your content to train AI models. Content is shared with third-party AI providers only for the duration necessary to process your request. ## 6. Service availability We strive to ensure Service availability but do not guarantee any SLA. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or due to third-party provider outages (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.). ## 7. Limitation of liability AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies, biases, or outdated information. We cannot be held liable for the consequences of any decision based on an AI response. The Service does not provide personalized legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. ## 8. Suspension and termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of breach of these ToS, without notice and without refund of remaining credits in case of proven fraud. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@askaurel.com. Unused credits are not refundable (except as provided in the GTS). ## 9. Personal data Personal data processing is governed by our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy). ## 10. ToS amendments These ToS may be amended at any time. You will be notified by email of substantial changes. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance. ## 11. Governing law These ToS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, courts of Paris (France) have sole jurisdiction.
